I am interested in learning more about Vitamin D. Who could benefit from taking vitamin D and what are some symptoms that you are vitamin D deficient? Also, I would like to start taking a supplement could you recommend your favorite ones and dosages? Is there a best time of day to take it? What are the best sources of vitamin D in food form?
