Ginger Newtrition, Tongue Scraping, and Health Clues

I wrote a special post my good friend, Megan of GingerNewtrition, today and I wanted to share it with all of you!

This post is sort of about the tongue benefits and reasoning behind tongue scraping.  But it’s actually a lot more about a much bigger topic.

It’s the topic of physical clues to help and more specifically, what you can learn about your short-term health by checking out what’s going on in your mouth.  Turns out, our oral health can give us much more immediate feedback on what is going on internally than many other physical manifestations…we just have to learn to listen!

In this post, I give my 4 findings and how I interpret them.
